Staking options
Investors may join the staking reward program by signing a smart contract to enter one of 3 pools. Each pool offers a different level of credit depending on the duration of the contract. Stakers will benefit from a discount on their secondary market NFT purchase on top of their passive income.
Instant liquidity staking
One of the huge benefits allowed by moving Real Estate to the blockchain is the access to liquidity. NFT holders who need immediate liquidity can sell their properties at a discount back to BlockPark platform. Users who have staked their PROP Tokens will have first come, first serve of access to NFTs sold back to the platform that meet their specific requirements.
